Returns You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. For the item to be eligible for a return: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must keep its original packaging. It is essential to present proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for: Items damaged by misuse. Natural wear and tear from use. Items returned without prior authorization.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it has been approved or rejected. If approved: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to request an exchange.
